Product: OMEN 15-dc0051nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The "Z" key and the CAPS LOCK key are not working (I have to use the ASCII code to enter a Z) on my 2 year old laptop. I want to know if the keyboard can be replaced.  According to the Maintenance and Service guide the product number for the keyboard and top cover is L32775-001 but they say the part cannot be ordered.
