In this support document, please click on OMEN software compatible models, Here you will find the list of PC's with the supported features.

On your computer it only support Omen command center and not the lighting feature.

Hello 

i have the same problem but i can just turn it to red btw i have the same model i can use FN + F4 to turn on the red light , i have a Question  can i change the light? or it is just red?

We need to know the full product number of your omen first.

Open the HP Support Assistant and find the product number at the bottom of the window.
