I got my PC from BestBuy and upon checking its warranty status on hp.com, I saw that the warranty started earlier than my date of purchase. I tried to dispute the warranty status online but there is no link to dispute the warranty (If the dispute link is not displayed, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online.).

I purchased a 14" Pavillion X360 12/02/2024 at Sams Club with 2 tear warranty that should be good until 12/02/2026. HP shows warranty expired 08/02/2025.

I have called 4 different HP numbers, been transferred 6 times, left messages to fix. I have had ZERO RESPONSE from HP. There is no place online to dispute as shown on Gooogle searches.

Is this really how HP treats customers? Absolutely no support whatsoever once you give them your money!

We own 5 HP Laptops and 3 HP Printers. Never again!

Hi,  I have exactly the same issue in not being able to find the option to dispute the warranty on the Laptop that I have purchased today from Currys PC World.

Please can you assist.

Thanks in advance.

You can try responding to the rep in this link above. I finally got my warranty corrected by calling the main HP support number and saying: "Warranty Dispute" to the automated system and getting a rep. who knew how to do it. I wasted over 3 hours online and on telephone. You have to try everything. For reasons unknown, there is no longer a "Dispute Warranty" that I could find anywhere online as mentioned in several Google searches.

Good luck!

I tried the link, but it says I don't have rights to access it.  I purchased my Victus brand new in Sept. 2025, yet my HP status says my warranty expired this month, October 2025.  I purchased it on Amazon, and I have the invoice.  Please tell me how I can dispute my warranty.  I'm not having any problems with the laptop, I just want to know that I'm covered in case I do.

Can you tell me the main HP support number?  I can't find any numbers where I can get as far as you apparently did. thanks!
