Hello,

 

I bought a G-sync capable monitor with my 15t-dh100, i7, RTX 2060. When opening the control panel, there is not an option for enabling g-sync. Is there an update that I need to allow that to be activated?

It is a CTO machine, we dónt have its specs. As you say: it has RTX 2060 video card, it does NOT support G-Sync, the list only shows RTX 2070 card:
