Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck0000 (2Y4A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have let hp detect settings, yet can not fid the drivers for the ssd.  I can not go further with my laptop until I can load the storage drivers.  This laptop is less then 2 years old and came pre-configured with win 11 2242.  Web can never detected by system and usb ports not reliable.  Saw a note that this system is not 100% with win 11. so I wanted to put my win 10 pro on.  Now I am stumped since it just went out of warranty I will be damned if I am paying HP to help me.  they robbed me for a crappy laptop already.  Any help is appreciated.
