Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 16-s0xxx

I bought this laptop  on 11/24/2023.  When I go to support and try to add it to my account, it says it cannot verify by serial number alone and then requests the product number.  Once I put that in, it says it is an invalid product number and refuses to let me get support.  My purchase statement also says that the laptop came with a 1 Year Warranty.  However, in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, it says my warranty expired April 4, 2024.  I would like to get support because this laptop has a faulty HDMI port (nothing can connect via the HDMI Port) in addition to a dead pixel (not sure what the policy is for this issue).

Please use HPSA (HP Support Assistant) and it will tell the s/n Product id (please try 7 characters before # first)

The HPSA does not help in the slightest.  It, too, says my computer is out of warranty but my sales receipt says otherwise.  I cannot access any actual customer service because it refuses to verify that the serial number and product number is valid for my laptop.  This is turning into a complete joke and lack of confidence seeing as how HP cannot even verify that they made this laptop.  I do not know where I can even go to get this resolved - which is what led me here to the community forums in hopes that someone from tech/customer support could help.
