Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)

I have a hardware issue with my hp omen 16 laptop, I have tried to contact an agent via WhatsApp but have not received any response other than the automated "note that your data may be analysed", it has been 10 days since I have sent the first message, what should I do about this?
