Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi 

Bitlocker was automatically enabled on my pc and now i cant boot because its asking for the recovery key which i dont have since windows was already preinstalled when I bought it last year in December..I was then asked to contact the OEM since hp sold it with windows already installed, they might have the bitlocker credentials on the  microsoft account they used on the pc during installation.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
