Dear Community,

 

I own an HP OMEN Laptop (15-ek0XXX series). I have been waiting for my OMEN Gaming Hub to show the options "Performance Mode" and "Comfort Mode" for a while now. I keep my laptop updated from the HP Support Assistant App, Windows Updates and the Microsoft Store update. I recently installed an update for the Omen Gaming Hub SDK from the HP Support Assistant, which should have allowed more functionality, and then again from the Undervolting tab of the HP OMEN Gaming Hub. That was installed successfully and after my system restarted, I can set undervolting conditions. However, I still cant seem to see the Performance Mode and Comfort Mode options.

My laptop series (15-EK0XXX) is eligible for the performance and control modes.

Please advise, thanks!

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned before, Omen Gaming Hub, along with all drivers and windows updates are regularly updated and at this time, they cannot be updated further.
