I dont know the serial number but I have a HP paviolion gaming laptop and when i try to run any games it just says that my current driver is out of date like my graphic card and i havent even been able to do a normal update from settings or even reset  it, I just need help on how I can fix it please and Thank You.

I understand you are facing a Cant update or run any games issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
