Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop cover and heatsink is broken.
I have given a request to Hp customer care and created a case ID but no reply received. Based on what was communicated to me, I am supposed to receive a quote from Hp for repair charges with in 24-48 hrs. I have called many times to Hp and requested to escalate the issue. But no escalation as well as no resolution.
How to deal with it?
How to get my laptop repaired.
Any guidance??????
