Hi ! i have a : OMEN by HP 17-w213nf
Is it possible to add RAM and also change the HDD for a SSD ? Also, for a few weeks now I have an issue with "100% Disk Usage" , i tried a lot of things i saw online but still have this problem. It's very annoying especially while streaming on Twitch as Streamlabs takes a lot of ressources ...
My pc is only 3 years old and ruuuuuns so slow it drives me crazy.

Its specs

100% disk usage is normally due to no spare RAM available therefore system has to swap/page to disk many times per millisecond and the disk has to spin to dead.
1. RAM: adding more RAM to machine will definitely help. Since both slots are occupied now, you have to replace both
(a) Upgrade to 16GB using
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k8g4sfs824a/ct10501446
(b) Upgrade to 32GB (max) using
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct2k16g4sfd824a/ct10501414
2. Storage: You have 2 options
(a) Replace HDD with 2.5" SSD using
https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-mx500-ssd
https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/
Or similar from reputable vendors.
For example
https://www.crucial.com/ssd/mx500/ct1000mx500ssd1/ct11523082 (or 2TB)
(b) Add M.2 NVMe SSD to your machine using
https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/970-evo-nvme-m2-ssd/MZ-V7E2T0BW/
https://www.crucial.com/products/ssd/crucial-p2-ssd
Or similar from reputable vendors, then move contents of old HDD to new M.2 SSD
For example
https://www.crucial.com/ssd/p1/ct1000p1ssd8/ct13043504
Regards.
