Hello.

I have HP omen 17 with RTX 4070. Last month my charger stoped working and since then I have tried to find replacement. 280w, 19.5 V, 16,4A. So I have 2 questions, first one is there any store in Germany that sells that type of charger and the second one is can I use some different types of charger, like 230w with 11.2 A??
