How do I check the status of a warranty dispute? I received an email with a case ID but no further communication. When I opened the case it said it would only take a day to resolve. Since HP thinks my laptop is out of warranty there’s apparently no way to contact support directly. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello - actually I received a response from customer support saying they validated my proof of purchase and updated the warranty on 9/29 and that it should reflect in 3 business days. However when I check the warranty status it still shows as expired.

Still having this issue. It is now 10/8 and it shows my warranty as expired even though support said they validated my proof of purchase and corrected this issue. I cannot even receive the support I am due on this device because something isn’t getting updated. I can’t call and speak to anyone to get this resolved which I’m sure is a quick fix. Why isn’t there any way to get in touch with an agent?
