I'm trying to file a complaint concerning my gaming laptop from 2020 which both had the charger break and now the computer itself bluescreens several times daily. The PC has been well maintained and dusted with compressed air gently and regularly, yet it often has overheated and now the multiple daily crashes renders it useless for gaming and use at university. 

 

I would like to ask how to file a complaint and whether it can really be expected that a laptop of this price class only lasts for 3 years?
