Product: OMEN by HP - 15-ce019dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I walked away from my computer for 5 minutes came back to a black screen. Went through the process, did the windows, b and power button. The f10 and then trying to reboot properly.  I'm having a hard time finding exactly what I need. I ran through all the other trouble shooting and nothing worked. Now I have a black screen that won't respond.  Turns on, even the caps lock key light & keyboard lights work, but I'm out of known options. Can't even get a screen that I can select options from. 

I'm not sure what else to do. I turn it on and just a full black screen. I thin k it still works bc it still has the electronic black sheen that comes  with turning a computer on, so it's not the screen itself.
