Product: Hp laptop 15-p206nt
- Idk much about computers, but my sisters laptop has been having a system failure. The model number is 15 -p206nt. I did a quick test, and the failure id was was 6ALC8K-7KGC5W-MFPWL1-60AD03. The only description was hard drive 1. And the thing is, everytime the computer is starting, it gives you like 10 seconds to press any button to stop a stage c text or repair thing. When i do press a button and it starts normally the computer is extremely slow (like the search and windows button dont work and any other button takes 10 minutes for the computer to respond to). What should I do?

Enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a general overview of the problem and the most likely way to fix it.
HP Customer Support - Service Center
I'm pretty sure the report will indicate that you will have to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual:

If you decide to replace the drive, you may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
