I have no idea what the problem is. From the moment I got it it’s constantly disconnected from the internet on several networks that work just fine with other devices. The only thing the troubleshooter tells me is that the source’s connection to the internet is broken, which obviously isn’t true as it works on every other device in the house. Nothing I do fixes it and I’m lucky to get more than a minute of connection. Waste of $2000.

Why didnt you contact HP Support for a warranty issue?

They might have to replace the wif card.
