Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer got quite hot today, i figured it was the fans getting blicked by dust and stuff since it almost has been 2 years without cleaning it. I turned the computer of snad started to clean it up wiith compressed air as i usually do (gently).
when i started the computer up again it said it had been shut down due to overheaitng (90d). and suddenly the Fan is going crazy at all time. The laptop is not hot at all after i cleaned it but the Fans are still going crazy.
i tryed to update the BIOS since i read that might be a solution but that didnt help and at some point i couldnt turn the computer on again.

What should i do? it's loud and frustrating listening to the fans going 100% all the time
