Hello HP community,
I have a question about the legal warranty, my computer after 15 months of use turned off and did not turn on again. The commercial warranty expired in November 2020 so I would like to know how I can apply the legal warranty, I bought the computer on the official website of HP in the United States but I live in Spain. 

I've tried all the ways they tell you in customer service to fix it,  and having it fixed is very expensive so I want to see if I can use the Consumer Legal Guarantee.

Thank you for your time and advice.

HP global warranty is one year from the date of purchase.

 

If an extended warranty or care pack is purchased it an only applicable country of purchase.
