OMEN by HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started having a cooling fan problem after my brother has dropped my laptop. The left side of my laptop is cool but the right side gets hot and warm. When i power on my laptop a message pops up saying the system has detected that the cooling fan isn't working properly and continuation of usage may result in damage or data loss. I'm just wondering how can i get this problem fixed, i've tried opening the bottom part of the laptop but one of the screws is really tight and won't budge. Opening the laptop casing myself is frustrating and only leads me to scratching the exterior a bit. Is there proffesional help i can get for someone else to do this?
