Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 (2T3A6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello everyone, I purchased a "HP Omen 15" 2 years ago. In the last year its CPU gives a lot of problem, more precisely when i'm playing a game while opening a Youtube video in my second screen, the CPU's clock lock down to 0.38 Ghz, making the notebook completely unusable. I have sent the product to HP support 5 times, but the issue still persists. I really don't know what to do to solve the problem, as I've been trying to fix it for the last year. This notebook has been in service for a total of 6 months and still continues to have this issue. Does anyone know what might be causing it and how I could try to resolve it?
