I have  a problem ,i play i game for ≈ 40min then my cpu throttle to 0.4ghz ,my cpu temp is around 75-80.Whan can I do to fix it?I changed my thermal paste yesterday.Thanks!

specs i5 1235u ,nvidia mx550 ,8 gb ram

Check the following

 

  1. Check  that your system does not have physical constraints that will prevent the processor from reaching its max turbo frequency. Examples of physical constraints of the processor could be power delivery and thermal solution (temperature 80 is a high temperature).
  2. Check  your BIOS is up to date and/or reset BIOS to its default.

the procesor is reaching maximum max turbo freq but after ≃30min it suddently drops to 10% usage ,50 C temp and after 2-3 minutes it goes tonormal and i can play

I think it is the temperature or you have other devices connected to the laptop, but I recommend you to check if you have the BIOS updated.
