Greetings all,

 

I'm experiencing an issue with the left speaker of my HP Omen 15 AX 248 TX, as it has been emitting a crackling sound for some time now. Despite attempting to troubleshoot through Windows, utilizing HP's diagnosis tool, and reinstalling the necessary drivers, the problem persists. Would anyone be able to provide assistance in resolving this matter?

 

It is surprising that no one is able to address this issue. It's a driver-related issue that must be taken into consideration by HP. Why would I ever go for an HP product in future if I am not getting proper solutions? I spent 80K on this machine.
