Product: OMEN 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-en1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The other day when I got onto my laptop, I saw that it had performed a restart.  When I started messing around on it, I could hardly do anything as most things were suddenly unresponsive.  I downloaded some updates and that fixed some issues but then when I tried to play a game, it would just exit the game after about 20-30 seconds.  Not exactly sure what the deal is.  I did a full factory reset and updated all drivers etc.  and the issue still is there.  Has anyone run into this problem?
