Problem: No Power

Diagnosis report: Bios 8 number pin was shorting. shorting problem solved removing capacitor of near 3 volt output coil. after that powered on but not display. i reprogrammed BIOS and display also came but repeated same problem after reseting power adapter power. after that i heat cpu using premiume hot gun. display came but no boot any harddrive and bootable devices.

I am looking for a new motherboard to replace.and schematics, boardview also. and it's argent.

It looks like the original short was caused by a faulty capacitor near the 3V output coil, which you removed. After that, the system powered on but still had no display until you reprogrammed the BIOS. The fact that the display returned but the issue repeated after power reset suggests there may still be instability in the power rail or BIOS region.
