Hi,

the display of my notebook doesn't work.

The notebook have not any other problem.

I need "cable" that connect display to notebook and perhaps display.

Can you help me to find the cable?

Are there any other solutions, if you know?

Hello @peppesirna

Are you saying the built in display panel itself isnt working?

If so, it might be the ribbon cable, but usually not (if thats what your concern is).

I would first connect an external display to the HDMI port and see if it works.

If it does, then most likely your built in panel is faulty.

But if an external display also does not work, then the graphics card or motherboard most likely is at fault.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply.
The problem is with the integrated display because the image is fine on other devices.
Sometimes vertical lines appear on the screen, other times it becomes all black or all white.
The screen "works" when I touch the screen at the bottom center (where the hp logo is).
I have the possibility to buy a new display, but I can't find the connection cable and I don't want to risk making a useless purchase.
Does anyone know where to find this cable?

I would see if reseating the cable would help first. If you decide you want a new cable, the part number is 856733-001

The  display panel part number is 752920-014

The part numbers are listed in the Manual... http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05357609
