DOA Letter not received after 3 weeks of replacement request

Hello sir, I purchased this laptop on 23rd September and it's battery isn't charging. So i raised a replacement request on Flipkart. Then Flipkart transfer this to HP. But no call or support I got from HP. After many countless calling and emailing on 3rd October technician visit and checked said that the DOA is approved he sealed the laptop with DOA sticker. But after that the DOA letter is not generated from HP side and the technician said i have done all things from my side now HP isn't responding after saying that the DOA is approved. He tried many times but in the end of the chat everytime suddenly the hp team automatically disconnect without any reason and DOA letter isn't generated. After that till today I have not received any update regarding my DOA letter. After countless calling and emailing no resolution done yesterday every time they say wait for 48 hours and this 48 hours turns into 3 weeks now. Please do something waiting for a response and resolution of this.
