I have an HP power adapter, model TPN-LA10 (230 W, 19.5 V, 11.8 A, Part No: M85389-001).

Recently, I accidentally tried to remove the power cable from the adapter body and realized it is a built-in cable.

Now the cable sits loosely, cannot be fully reinserted.

Could you please advise:

Can this type of power adapter be repaired at an authorized HP service center, or should it be completely replaced?

If replacement is required, would M41303-001 or L38011-003 be compatible alternatives?

Is it possible to order an original replacement adapter through HP or an official distributor in Germany?

I doubt the adapter can be repaired.

I'd look on eBay for a genuine HP power adapter:

I checked the HP parts store and they don't sell the power adapter you need.

You can also contact HP's authorized parts suppliers who do business in Germany to see if they have the part you need.
