Hello,
I know this question might have been asked a lot but here are my details of the problem. I made an order, it was declined, transaction appeared on my credit card statement. It has been 8 working days since then and no refund to my credit card yet. I was told to contact HP via phone number but I’m residing outside of US and have no opportunity to do so. Is there a way to resolve this issue via email?
All information can be presented upon request. Sorry if this is the wrong board to post to.
