Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a laptop 3 months ago and I opted for extra warranty. I was promised that I would get Antivirus along with the package, but I didn't receive it yet.

Did you try contacting the HP service center that you purchased the Care Pack warranty from and ask them?

This Forum is not linked to the Customer Care department you purchased the care pack from.

That is why I asked if you contacted them back?

Otherwise, you would need to contact the main support service...
