Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70X00AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Anyone else had problems with cable connection for Omen 17?

Mine seemed faulty on my new laptop, so HP collected it for repair. This was done quickly, but I am now having difficulty getting it returned by DPD carrier, as they keep cancelling the delivery date. 

Its not good enough and I want o complain about it to HP, but can't get in contact through the robot or What's App channels.
