Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

Hey I have been experiencing this issues on some software and thought it might be a compatablity issue or something and now as I installed Notion for first time I am encountering the same problem It does not affect the performance as of now but the UI just randomly blurs and i need to over or click in tht place where it is blurred to return to its normal UI. But after like 5 seconds again the issue comes up

 

See the Text is kinda blurred and same with my profile on left top
