Omen by HP 17-cb0040nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Display goes blank randomly(mostly while gaming). I hear a notification popup sound after this happens.Same happens in an external monitor. Winkey + ctrl + shift + B combination didn't work , but could hear a beep sound. When I restart, in notification panel I see this error : Display driver failed to start, using microsoft basic display driver instead. I updated, reinstalled GPU driver. I even reinstalled OS using software downloaded from both Microsoft and HP recovery cloud, didn't fix the problem.Even HP remote assistance engineer reinstalled BIOS. While re-inserting RAM , i noticed this dark area on GPU heatpipe. Is this a hardware problem? What are the possible fixes?
