Product: Pavillion Gaming 15-dk1511tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The laptop was specified to have 144hz refresh rate. I just changed from windows 10 home to pro after purchasing. In windows 10 pro 21h1 i was unable to install any drivers given by hp as it was saying this version of windows is not supported. Later i degraded to windows 10 pro 2004, after that i was able to install all the drivers given on hp website. Yet the refresh rate was still stuck at 60hz, i am not getting a option anywhere to change my refresh rate more than 60hz.
My laptop is Hp pavillion gaming 2021 with i7
