Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 16-a0020nr

This issue recently just started! it doesn't matter what I'm doing on my computer it would randomly glitch out with all these colors and just shut off and restart itself. My computer will be fine for a couple of hours then it will just start glitching out again!. Here a picture on how it looks sometimes:
