Dissatisfaction with 15 T

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Bought brand new from HP.com in November. My first gaming computer. Was always very slow from the beginning. Have a MacBook Pro which is fast and had no experience with windows 10. Struggled along with it without success and many times would just play Xbox. Tried all the online fixes with HP. None worked. Sent it back for repairs with precise instructions that I didn’t want it back if wasn’t working correctly. I had also contacted their advanced group and told them the same thing. Got it back the other day. It ran better till I tried to download a game. That process took days and the the download would not complete with only 1 GB to go.

 

i wrote to my contact in the company and told him I wanted my money back as a credit and would buy a desktop. Have not heard back yet. Any advise on how to go from here would be appreciated.
