I want to buy the HP Pavilion Gaming 17-cd2146ng (4H3L8EA#ABD).

Does this notebook support Windows 11?

Does it have Secureboot and TPM 2.0?

Yes it has Trusted Platform Module (fTPM) 2.0, ƭrmware base. Machines sold in Germany should have this by default.  You should be able to see it in Device Manager
