Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hp has approved doa for my laptop as it has mb issue, The service centre packed the laptop with doa letter and declaration, but hp is not inciating the pickup. how to concact hp to inciate the pickup of the doa items? suggestions please
