What is your Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B0AV) ? Did it show 4-zone keyboard when you turn on the very first time ?
Your machine could be one of the following machines
For example : OMEN by HP Laptop 16-b0000nq
It does NOT have RBG keyboard. My HP Omen machine clearly says
Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO
