Hello. I have HP Omen 16 2023 (i7-13620H,RTX 4060, wd0020nw model). Its been a year and i noticed the fans are dusty, the temps are also few degrees higher than it was, and i wanted to open it to just clean the fans. 10 months left to my warranty end, so will that void it in any way or can I open it safely?

@Sebix0_, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
No, opening your HP Omen 16 (2023, wd0020nw) to clean the fans typically does not void the warranty — as long as:
You follow these conditions:
- Do not damage any components.
Scratches, broken clips, torn cables, or stripped screws can be flagged as tampering. - Do not remove or tamper with warranty seals/stickers.
Some regions or models may have internal stickers. Breaking them may void the warranty — so look carefully. - Use proper tools and ESD protection (anti-static precautions).
HP do not cover electrostatic damage under warranty.
If you’re concerned about voiding the warranty:
We suggest you please visit the nearest HP authorized service center and request internal cleaning, the service team will assist you.
Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center: Lokalizacja numeru | Centrum serwisowego HP® - Polska | Pomoc techniczna HP®
