Hey, 

Does this specific HP OMEN Laptop (15t-dc000 CTO, # 3NS58AV_1) come with 4 zone lighting and G-SYNC? 

Specifically, the GTX 1060 (6GB) and 144hz Display option chosen. 

Also, what is the difference between the Red Dragon Legend and the White Legend keyboard options? Does it affect the presence or absence of 4-zone lighting?

Yes the 144Hz panel is Gsync enabled.

The red dragon legend is 2 zone, the white legend is 4 zone lighting on the keyboard.
