I basically want the know if the RTX version of the Omen 15 has fan control

I have not seen any version of the Omen laptops that have any direct fan controls so far, even with the new RTX version of graphics cards. Will HP ever have that feature?  I dont know if they ever will, HP would not divulge any future plans as per policy.
