I want to know if the below laptop has 144hz screen display and also GSync enabled or not.

 

The only thing mentioned about display from the below link is:

Hello @MostafaAhmad,

 

Unfortunately, the OMEN by HP 15-dh0015ne does not have a 144Hz display and does not support G-Sync.
