how do I downgrade my bios to F.09 Rev.A? I had this bio and stupidly updated to F.10 Rev.A. F.10 doesn't work with throttlestop (undervolting) at least for now and I keep getting blue screens and crashing. I've tried changing my undervolt settings in throttlestop but it just keeps crashing my computer. I tried to install f.09 but the software is saying I cannot install a older version of the bios anymore. Is there a way to bypass this? I want to go back f.09, everything was working and my undervolt settings ran my system fine. Hp omen gaming hub undervolting is pretty average and even trying to undervolt over -100 would crash my system. I have to stay around -55 for a stable system.
Can I flash the bios through an USB?

HI@batman123xx, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-
I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS HP Notebook and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
