Hi@Maximoy, @Han1502

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook not able to update Bios.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM using this link. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
  • Try downloading it on to a USB and then run it on the PC to check if it works.
  • You can do Reset PC Keep my files and check if it works fine.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi@Han1502,

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.

Clear the TPM from the BIOS configuration and it works.

Clear all keys from TPM

  1. Press the Windows key + I.
  2. Go to Privacy & security > Windows security > Open Windows Security.
  3. Once the Windows Security dialog box opens, click on Device security.
  4. Under Security processor, click on Security processor details.
  5. Click on Security processor troubleshooting.
  6. Click on clear TMP.

Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.
