Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The screen of my newly brought HP Victus 16 amd ryzen 7 7840hs is very dull and little yellowish. I had attached a image of my laptop with my friend's laptop for comparison, my laptop is on the left side. Also the speaker volume is too low, where else it was supposed to be high. I dont know since when hp started selling defective products! I request you to find a solution for the above.Laptop at the left side belongs to me.Laptop at the left side belongs to me.
