Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just want to know what is the max RAM capacity that the ENVY 17-ce1008ca can handle?
Can I swap the 2x 8Go for 2x 16Go RAM?

Hi:

 

According to the crucial memory report, you can install 2 x 32 GB of memory in your PC.

I can't find a service manual for your model but the one for the 17-ce0000 says the max is 2 x 8.

You should be able to install at least 2 x 16 GB in your model since it has an Intel 10th gen core processor.
