My sister had been using my laptop and our dog knocked into her arm while she was setting our water down, only about 3 caps full went on it and was acting fine but it's now not turning on whatsoever, it acts like it wants too but it won't. It has been like this for about 2 weeks now, I've let it dry out before using it, removed the battery and took the battery out and let it dry for a week straight and now it's not turning on but flashing when I charge it or try to even do anything to it.
