Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-dk0011nt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am currently a Flutter developer and using Android Studio on my notebook. My computer does not open emulator on vs code or android studio. I once could solve this problem but it happened again. Then I formatted my computer. It solved my problem again for one time try, then it broke down again and I could not use my computer for my job ever since. Can you guide me to see my options? I really have to solve this issue but I cannot find any way to solve it.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... and I would like to help you.

I strongly advise you to go back to Windows 10 as your notebook model

is not fully tested and certified by HP for Windows 11.

 

Try ...

 

(1) Backup <all> personal data (documents/pictures/videos etc...) to external USB hard drive

 

(2) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)

Please report your results

 

Only continue with (3) if no technical problems are detected!

 

(3) Downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10
